Not easy for me you know! I think I over heated the oil a bit, but it was pretty neat watching it go psssshhhhhh. When I took the fish out and compared it with the ones my mum goreng-ed (??), I couldn't tell the difference.

Yup. I'm pretty pleased with myself.
